GENERAL PROVISIONS

The terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") apply to your (hereinafter referred to as the "Client", "Player") use of information on the Getfree.bet website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site", "Getfree.bet") via the Internet, on mobile or any other device.

These Rules are also a user agreement between the Client and the Site.

The player is obliged to understand that it is necessary to comply with these Rules, as well as keep in mind possible changes and / or additions that the Site makes to the user agreement.

Getfree.bet reserves the opportunity to make additions and / or adjustments to the Rules at any time and without sending notifications to the Client.

ACCESS TO THE USE OF Getfree.bet SERVICES:

The player has the right to use the services of the Site only if:

The player has reached the age of majority, according to the laws of the country of which they are a citizen, or they are over eighteen (18) years of age.

2.2
The client is fully responsible for the fact that when using the services of the Site, they can in no way violate the law.

YOUR ACCOUNT

3.1
REGISTRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

To access some of the site's options, the Player needs to register and create a personal account on the Getfree.bet website ("Your Account").

3.1.2
Only one account is allowed. Only one account at your place of residence, IP address or on one device. If the Player tries to create more than one account, all of these accounts may be blocked or deleted. If the Player wants to create a new account, they can contact our manager at info@getfree.bet. The Site has the right to refuse to register an account or close any player's account.

The player can close their account by contacting support.

Getfree.bet also has the right to close the Player's account without them giving any reasons and / or without giving a prior notification.

PLAYER'S OBLIGATIONS

You hereby acknowledge and agree that:

The client is over 18 years old or has reached the age of majority in accordance with the legislation of the country of which they are a citizen (for example, in Estonia, the age of majority is 21);

4.1.2
The Client uses the information exclusively for personal interests, not for work: for the purpose of recreation or entertainment;

4.1.3
Any information that the Player provides to the Site during the term of this agreement is true, complete and current. The player is obliged to immediately notify Getfree.bet in case of any changes aforementioned data;

PRIVACY POLICY

The Client agrees and confirms the Site's right to request the player's personal data required to access the site and guarantee the safe and convenient gameplay.

5.2 Getfree.bet confirms that during the collection of the Player's personal data, Getfree.bet follows the legislation "on the protection of personal information". The Getfree.bet website undertakes to protect the personal information of the Player, as well as follow the confidentiality rules in accordance with modern business practices and current legislation.

The Getfree.bet website uses the client's personal data solely for the purpose of providing the Client with access to information. Employees of the Site are given access to the personal data of the Client only if this data is required to perform their work duties.

The personal data of the Player is not transferred to third parties, except for cases when this is a necessary condition for processing the Player's requests related to the use of information. The Player hereby agrees to such transfer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.2.2
that the software and website are free of errors;

that the Site and / or data will be available at any time;

6.2.4
Getfree.bet. (its managers, employees, partners, contractors) are not responsible for any losses, expenses or damages, regardless of whether they are direct, indirect, one-time, concomitant, incidental or other that the Client may encounter during their use of the site or its data.

6.3
The Player hereby completely releases the site (its managers, employees, partners and contractors) from material and any other liability for any expenses, losses, bills, claims and obligations arising for any reason related to the use of the Site or its data by the Player.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1
The design of the site, text, music, sounds, graphics, photos and video materials, their selection and compilation, the set of software, the underlying program code, software and other materials posted on the site are subject to copyright and other property rights, and are owned by Getfree.bet or used under license from third party rights holders. In situations where any material found on the site can be saved or printed out, this material can be saved only on one personal computer or device, and a printed copy can be created exclusively for personal and non-commercial use.

In no way can the use of the Site bring any financial benefit to any of the users through the use of intellectual property (including copyright, new inventions, trademarks) owned by the company or any third party.

None of the rights to any trade names, trademarks or logos found on the Site (other than those specifically mentioned in the Terms and Conditions) are offered for free use or copying.

SEVERABILITY OF THE CONTRACT

In the event that one or more of the provisions of the Rules are found to be illegal or unenforceable, the said provisions are deleted from these Rules, while maintaining all other provisions.

TRANSLATION OF OBLIGATIONS

9.1
Getfree.bet has the right to translate obligations and transfer this Agreement legally. You have no right to translate obligations, as well as transfer this Agreement.
